CityTelling provides a set of services and digital devices for city storytelling to public authorities, cultural institutions and urban stakeholders.
3 original user services help you with the valorisation and storytelling of your territorial digital resources:
a collaborative and sensitive cartography, a mobile app for heritage mediation and an app for enriched territorial walks.
Within the frame of CityTelling, Dédale create and develop tailored applications, adapted to your technical environment and your users needs, in the fields of urban tourism, heritage mediation and valorisation, urban development and citizen participation.
The CityTelling kit provides you with three administration tools to help you create and manage your web and mobile apps independently.
In addition to its intervention relative to the Citytelling kit, Dédale provides a series of services and a wide expertise in the fields of mediation, audiovisual and consulting in digital innovation.
Conception, design and technical developments of a digital platform for the city storytelling
Creation, collection and processing of local data (documentary research, data production, workshops of data co-conception, design of usage scenarios, processing and indexing)
User tests and evaluation (formation of beta testers groups and public experimentation during the European Heritage Days, the Fête de la Cité internationale, the Nuit Blanche de Paris and at the Heritage Center of the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris).
