• Strategic watch: new uses and innovative services, assistance to project management for the restoration project definition of the Couvent des Jacobins (8000 m²) into a European Center for new economies (convention centre, cultural center, museum 2.0)
• Set up of an innovative process for the project management with the contracting authority: Creativity workshops involving all heads of units from the city and elected representatives (Culture, tourism, architecture, heritage, sustainable development, economic development, communication).
