Project preselected in the frame of Réinventer.Paris - Support for the definition of an innovative equipment dedicated to housing, retail and services, in harmony with the environment - Triangle Eole Evangile

In the frame of the call for projects "Réinventer.Paris", the consortium has proposed a project for a "Fertile block" - blossoming of a Zero Carbone neighborhood, "Living Lab" of urban fertility.

In line with the aspirations of the City of Paris for the set up of innovative urban projects, this site is involved in a dynamic considering innovation transversally in the urban project, and not only reduced to the digital and new technologies. This project promotes:

the experimentation and set up of the innovations Paris needs.

the work on innovation on its broader dimensions: architecture, social, environmental, technological that are relevant to this specific site

the acknowledgement of innovations linked to the uses of the city

the conquest of new territories for the metropole thanks to innovation

the innovation in the process itself (project management, team animation, co-conception and participation, multidisciplinary team, implication of all the stakeholders...).

Outdoor laboratory for the sustainable city, space for high-value meetings, unexpected events and promotion of urban ecology and sustainable way of living, this site has been conceived as a mixed programmation space that combines housing, spaces for associative life, work places, touristic and retailing activities, sports equipments and industrial innovative places (fablab).
